We are the survivors of the alleged cases under false allegations. Our families torn apart with every tear, broker heart and shaking souls by the misuse of law. We are the citizen, countrymen, thinkers, professional doers as volunteers refuse to stay Silent.

Our story did not begin as an organization, but as countless cries for help — voices that were ignored, dismissed, and ridiculed. When justice was reduced to an abstraction, society’s indifference left many isolated and alone. But instead of breaking down, we chose to rise. We transformed our pain into strength and built Nyay Ki Aawaz — a support system that had never existed before. What began as a single voice has now grown into a united movement, a family bound by resilience, compassion, and the pursuit of justice.

We were left isolated from society, knocking on every door and reaching out to associations and groups in the hope of finding support and a shoulder to lean on. Our struggles were discussed, suggestions were offered, and assurances were made—yet often by those who themselves were aggrieved and unable to secure justice for their own cause and only left behind with membership. It began to feel as though justice itself was wounded, distant, or abstract. In those dark corners where life seemed to sink deeper into despair, Nyay Ki Aawaz emerged as a ray of hope. Drawing strength from real case experiences, we stood up to rescue those drowning in the sea of injustice and reignite their belief in fairness, dignity, and justice.
