We are a family built on dignity, respect, and justice. To keep our community strong and united, every member is expected to follow these guiding principles:

Maintain peace and uphold the dignity of the Foundation.
Respect all forums, Nyaykams, and leaders.
Use kind and respectful language — no abusive, vulgar, or offensive words.
🤝 Integrity in Interaction
Avoid gossip, backbiting, or negative talk about those not present.
Political conversations are not allowed in Foundation spaces.
Share emotions privately with leaders via message, not during official calls.
📲 Communication & Participation
The emergency contact is our AI Chat Bot — not for direct calling.
Registration is mandatory before joining Nyay Ki Aawaz or becoming a Nyaykam.
Join the Daily Legal Call (9:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.) and follow proper call etiquette and guidelines.
Join the Weekend Voice Chat (11:30 a.m. – 03:00 p.m.) and follow proper call etiquette and guidelines.
Join the Daily Meditation & Mental Health Session (08:00 a.m. – 09:00 a.m.) and follow proper call etiquette and guidelines.
Join Nyay Ki Aawaz any other session, call, meetings events and follow proper its respective etiquette and guidelines.
🚫 Boundaries & Confidentiality
No promotion of other groups, foundations, or personal interests.
Do not leak or share confidential information outside the group.
Membership and responsibilities cannot be transferred.
Access to the Lady Wing Group is strictly reserved for mothers and sisters.
No direct personal connections with Nyaykams’ advocates, and vice versa.
🌍 Community Participation
Join your respective State Group based on residence and ongoing matters.
Do not interfere in groups unrelated to your state.
🎨 Intellectual Property
Nyay Ki Aawaz logos, T‑shirts, IDs, videos, music, and content are for social causes only.
Alteration, misuse, or unauthorized use of Foundation IPR is strictly prohibited.
⚖️ Note: Additional terms may be introduced as required. All members are expected to comply.
🚨 Violation of these principles may result in expulsion from Nyay Ki Aawaz and may extend to legal action.

Terms & Conditions of Advocate Panel Services
Nyay Ki Aawaz – Justice for Men and Family
(Initiated by Serving Beings Foundation)
1. Definitions
“Foundation” refers to Serving Beings Foundation, the initiating body of Nyay Ki Aawaz – Justice for Men and Family.
“Nyay Ki Aawaz” refers to the initiative providing facilitation services between Nyaykams and Advocates.
“Nyaykam” refers to any individual availing services under Nyay Ki Aawaz.
“Advocate Panel” refers to the group of Advocates empaneled by Nyay Ki Aawaz for facilitation purposes.
“Advocate” refers to any legal practitioner appointed to the Advocate Panel.
2. Scope of Services -
2.1 Nyay Ki Aawaz provides an Advocate Panel solely as a facilitation mechanism to assist Nyaykams in engaging with Advocates.
2.2 The Foundation does not provide legal representation directly; all legal services are rendered by individual Advocates.
2.3 Nyay Ki Aawaz shall endeavor to resolve concerns or disputes arising in connection with the facilitation process but does not guarantee resolution.
3. Appointment of Advocates -
3.1 Advocates are appointed to the panel based on their practice, case experience, victim testimonials, and mutual agreement with Nyay Ki Aawaz.
3.2 Nyay Ki Aawaz does not assume responsibility or guarantee the competency, performance, or future conduct of any Advocate.
3.3 Any disputes between Nyaykam and Advocate shall be addressed directly, with Nyay Ki Aawaz acting only as a facilitator.
4. Case Outcomes:-
4.1 Each case is unique; neither Nyay Ki Aawaz nor any Advocate guarantees success.
4.2 Nyaykam remains solely responsible for his/her matter and any orders passed by the Hon’ble Court.
5. Confidentiality of Fees -
5.1 Advocate fees communicated to Nyaykams are confidential and strictly between the concerned Nyaykam and Advocate.
5.2 Disclosure of fee details to third parties constitutes a breach and will result in immediate removal of the Nyaykam from the platform.
6. Payment of Fees -
6.1 All Advocate fees shall be routed through the Serving Beings Foundation account to avail concessionary rates agreed for the social cause.
6.2 Nyay Ki Aawaz may levy administrative charges to sustain the Advocate Panel services.
7. Additional Expenses -
7.1 Any additional costs (e.g., electronic devices, travel, or other expenses) will be communicated in advance and borne by the Nyaykam.
8. Access & Engagement -
8.1 Nyaykams and Advocates shall not directly engage outside the Advocate Panel mechanism.
8.2 Any additional case requiring Advocate involvement must follow the prescribed process.
8.3 Breach of this clause will result in offboarding of both the Nyaykam and Advocate.
9. Dispute Resolution -
9.1 In case of disputes, Nyaykam members agree to amicably discuss concerns with the Founding Member.
9.2 Nyaykams shall not spread rumors or defamatory statements within the community.
9.3 Breach of this clause will result in removal from Nyay Ki Aawaz without further liability.
10. Responsibilities & Limitations -
10.1 Nyay Ki Aawaz shall not be responsible for disputes arising in matters directly handled between Nyaykam and Advocate.
10.2 Nyay Ki Aawaz is not liable to issue 80G Certificates or engage in dispute resolution beyond its defined scope.
10.3 Both Nyaykam and Advocate are individually responsible for their conduct.
11. Amendments -
11.1 Nyay Ki Aawaz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
11.2 Updated terms shall be communicated to Nyaykams and take immediate effect.
12. Acknowledgement -
12.1 By opting for Advocate Panel services, the Nyaykam confirms that he/she has read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

🌿 MEDIATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our mediation is designed to bring families closer, resolve conflicts peacefully, and uphold respect. To ensure a smooth and meaningful process, please follow these guidelines:
🕊️ Mediation Process
Mediation takes place over three (3) days online.
Day 1: One party shares their perspective.
Day 2: The other party shares theirs.
Day 3: Reconciliation and conclusion.
Each day’s session lasts 1–2 hours.
🤝 Respect & Listening -
Respect the speaker and listen attentively. No interruptions while someone is speaking.
Show courtesy to the Nyay Ki Aawaz Mediation Panel. Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated.
Maintain the decorum of mediation. Violations may lead to cancellation of the process.
📲 Participation Etiquette -
Keep your camera on during mediation hours.
Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
The cost of mediation is ₹10,000, shared equally (₹5,000 per party).
A formal Minutes of Mediation Report will be prepared and shared.
Follow any additional guidelines provided during sessions.

All discussions are confidential and privileged.
The panel’s primary intent is reconciliation — helping families find peace and harmony.

🌿 BROADCAST TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Definitions -
“Foundation” refers to Serving Beings Foundation, the initiating body of Nyay Ki Aawaz – Justice for Men and Family.
“Nyay Ki Aawaz” refers to the initiative providing facilitation services of Podcast, Interview, Case Studies, Physical events and Broadcast to it official channel herein as “Publisher”.
“Nyaykam” refers to any individual (Alleged Aggrieved Person (Victim/Accused/Respondent), Associate Relative and member of Nyay Ki Aawaz availing Nyay Ki Aawaz Broadcasting services under its Studio herein as “Interview/Speaker”.
"Host" refers to any individual either a Nyaykam or any person who assisted the Publisher and Foundation to facilitate Nyaykam or any other individual with the questions as a host during the Podcast, Interview, Case Studies. The Clause 16 "Hosting & Facilitation" applies to him/her.
“Studio” refers to the Nyay Ki Aawaz internal, associate or third studio where are shoot takes place for Broadcasting Services for Nyay Ki Aawaz official channel.
“Broadcast” refers to publishing of Podcast, Interview, Case Studies, Physical event shoots of Nyaykam in studio postproduction to the Nyay Ki Aawaz official channels.
1. Acceptance of Terms -
By availing or availed the Publisher's Broadcast Services either as Host or Interview/Speaker for the contents under productions, post-productions or Broadcast, you agreed to abide these Terms and Conditions.
2. Content Creation and Participation -
The Interviewee/Speaker voluntarily selects the Publisher’s studio, team, and associated platforms (including social media) to share personal stories, case studies, or experiences, either recorded in-studio or during physical events, subject to post-production editing to spread awareness or for education purposes.
3. Discretion and Responsibility -
The content shared by the Interviewee/Speaker is entirely at their discretion. The Publisher has no intervention and shall not alter or influence the statements made, except to suggest constructive and appropriate language suitable for public broadcast.
4. Disclaimer of Authenticity -
The Publisher does not verify or claim authenticity of the content/Story shared by the Interviewee/Speaker, however strives to scrutinize at his own level with best endeavors before publishing. All statements are published as per the Interviewee’s/Speaker discretion.
5. Nature of Statements -
Statements made during public or physical events may be based on received facts or personal versions. The Publisher shall not be held liable for any controversy or contradiction arising post-publication. Any concerns must be discussed mutually before revocation of the published content.
6. No Endorsement -
The Publisher does not endorse or validate any story, occurrence, or statement shared solely by the Interviewee/Speaker on Public or Physical event.
7. Victim Case Studies -
Any victim case study broadcasted by the Publisher is based solely on the victim’s discretion. The Publisher does not claim responsibility for the accuracy of such content/Story.
8. Production and Maintenance Charges -
The Publisher may charge and Interviewee/Speaker agrees to pay a production and maintenance fee of ₹4,500 (Four Thousand Five Hundred Rupees) for social cause-related services. An additional refundable amount of ₹4,500 will be returned upon consent to publish the finished video.
9. Authorization to Publish -
The Interviewee/Speaker authorizes the Publisher to edit and publish the Podcast/Interview on its official channels.
10. Consent and Verification -
The Publisher will obtain final consent from the Interviewee/Speaker before broadcasting the finished content to its official channels (Social Media and Associates etc.). The Interviewee/Speaker confirms understanding of the statements made during the interview or Public or Physical event and case study prepared at his/her discretion.
11. Revocation During Editing -
If the Interviewee/Speaker requests revocation during the editing process after the podcast shoot, Physical or Public event, Case Study the refundable ₹4,500 amount will be forfeited.
12. Irrevocability Post-Consent -
Once consent is given and the video is broadcasted, it becomes irrevocable.
13. Revocation After Broadcast -
Any request to revoke published content must be discussed in good faith. Revocation may incur a fee ranging from ₹50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rs) to ₹2,50,000 (Two lakh Fifty Thousand Rs), depending on the Publisher’s incurred losses, including production and promotional costs.
14. Publisher’s Right to Remove Content -
The Publisher reserves the right to remove any published content from its channels without prior notice. No refund shall be issued for production or maintenance fees.
15. Restrictions on Modification -
The Interviewee/Speaker shall not alter or modify any finished video shared by the Publisher.
16. Hosting and Facilitation -
Podcasts, interviews, and public events may be hosted by one or more individuals duly appointed by the Publisher. All finished videos featuring such hosts shall remain published on the Publisher’s official broadcasting channels and shall not be removed, altered, or downgraded under any circumstances, including at the request of the host or any associated party.
In the event of any dispute or request for removal of such content, the matter shall be addressed exclusively under the provisions outlined in Clause 18 (“Dispute Resolution”). Furthermore, any unauthorized removal, infringement, or disruption of published content may result in liability for damages, including but not limited to production loss, reputational harm, and infringement costs, with a minimum claim value of ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs Rs).
17. Distribution and Collaboration -
Finished videos will be broadcasted on the Publisher’s official channels and may be shared by the Interviewee/Speaker. Collaboration requests for social media will be coordinated accordingly.
18. Supplementary Terms -
Any additional terms not covered herein shall not affect the validity of this Agreement.
19. Dispute Resolution -
Any dispute shall first be resolved mutually in good faith. If unresolved within five working days, the matter shall be referred to a mediation or arbitration center. If still unresolved, it shall be governed under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Costs shall be borne by the party raising the concern.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction -
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, within the jurisdiction in BHOPAL, MADHYA PRADESH, India or within the jurisdiction limit of NGO Communication Address in New Delhi, India.
